Yes. Prices are scoped to your pool size, not guessed over the phone. What you see when you book is what you pay, no on-site upsell. If your pool falls outside the standard sizes, you'll see “custom” and we walk it with you before any number is locked.
Usually not, as long as we can reach the pool and equipment, through a side gate is fine. Just let us know about gate codes or pets when you book. You'll get a 30-minute heads-up text, and we show you the before and after when we're done.
